Ingredients
  1. 1. 8 Eggs
  2. 2. Salt to taste
  3. 3. 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  4. 4. 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  5. 5. 4-5 tbsp Shredded chicken
  6. 6. 2 tbsp Spring onion
  7. 7. For coating:
  8. 8. 1/2 cup Flour
  9. 9. 1/2 cup Corn flour
  10. 10. Salt to taste
  11. 11. 1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
  12. 12. 1/2 tsp Mix herbs
  13. 13. Cold water as required
  14. 14. Bread crumb (for coating)
  15. 15. Corn flakes (for coating)
Method
  • 1. In a bowl add egg, salt, black pepper, red chili powder and whisk it well.
  • 2. Grease the pan and pour the egg mixture in it and put the pan in a steamer.
  • 3. Cover the kid and cook on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • 4. Open the lid and add shredded chicken, spring onion in egg mixture.
  • 5. Again, cover the lid and cook for a minute.
  • 6. Take it out from steamer and let it cool.
  • 7. Cut it into strips.
  • 8. Coating directions:
  • 9. In a bowl add flour, corn flour, salt, red chili flakes, mix herbs and mix it well.
  • 10. Gradually add cold water and make a thick batter.
  • 11. In another bowl mix bread crumbs and crushed corn flakes together.
  • 12. Now take one egg finger, dip and coat well in flour batter than coat it well with bread crumb and corn flakes.
  • 13. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fingers until golden brown.
  • 14. Serve with ketchup.
