Boil mash daa. In a saucepan boil chana daal, mince meat, garam masla. Salt, red chilli powder, onion and ginger paste. When mince meat and chana daal is boiled then add boiled mash daal in it. After a while, add turmeric and cumin seeds, mix well and cook but make sure not to dry off water completely. In a frying pan heat oil. Now add all the tempering ingredients in it and cook for a while.
