Ingredients
  1. Bottle gourd 2 kg
    Khoya ½ kg
    Dry milk powder 1 cup
    Cardamom 6
    Desiccated coconut 50 gm
    Almond & pistachio ground 100 gm
    Sugar 250 gm
    Ghee 250 gm
    Green food color ½ tsp
Method
  • 1- Heat 250 ghee in a pan, add 6 cardamoms and fry well, now add 2 kg boiled

  • bottle gourd, fry well.
  • 2- Dissolve 1 cup dry milk powder in some water.
  • 3- Now in bottle gourd mixture add 250 gm sugar.
  • 4- Add milk with ½ tsp green food color and 50 gm desiccated coconut.
  • 5- Lastly add ½ kg Khoya, 100 gm ground almond and pistachio.
