In a pudding mold add 1 tbsp sugar for caramelizing with 1
tsp of water and cook till sugar brown, spread the caramelize sugar all over
the mold, mix the 1 tbsp custard powder in 1/2 cup of cold milk, boil the
remaining milk, when it comes to a boil add 1 tsp powdered china grass, cook
for 5 minutes, add dissolved custard powder mixture and cook till thick, now add
½ tsp vanilla essence and 3 tbsp sweetener, mix well, pour this mixture over
the prepared pudding mold, set for 2 hours, before serving loosen the sides and
over turn on the plates, serve chilled.
