  1. Spinach 1 cup
  2. Milk 2 cups
  3. Cream 1/2 cup
  4. Cheese 2 slices
  5. Nutmeg 1 pinch
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Chicken cube 1/2
  8. Pasta 200 grams
  9. Fish 700 grams
  10. Onion paste of 1 onion
  11. Onion 1
  12. Tomatoes 2
  13. Oil as required
  14. Vinegar 1 tbsp
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Oven ko 180 degree centigrade pr pehly sy garam kr lyn.
  • 2- Is ky baad tomatoes ko kaat lyn aur piyaaz ko cheel kr 12 minute bake kryn.
  • 3- Ab blender main doodh or palak daal kr pees lyn.
  • 4- Phir pan main doodh aur palak kaa mixture, cream aue cheese daal dyn.
  • 5- Saath hi chicken cube, piyaaz ka paste, jaifal aur namak mila kr ubaal lyn aur ek taraf rakh dyn.
  • 6- Is ky baad pasta ubaal kr cream sauce y mixture main mix kr lyn.
  • 7- Phir machli ko sirka sy dho kr Hasb e zarurat oil main fry kryn.
  • 8- Is ky baad pasta aur roasted piyaaz aur tamatar ky saath serve kryn.
