Ingredients
  3. Fish meat (thin pieces) 3
  4. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  5. Vinegar 3 tbsp
  6. Soy sauce 4 tbsp
  7. Black pepper, crushed 1 tbsp
  8. White pepper 1 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. Egg as required
Method
  • Add garlic paste, vinegar, soy sauce and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Now add white pepper and salt in the above mixture.
  • Add the fish pices and marinate well.
  • Leave for 4-5 hours.
  • Now roll the marinated fish pieces.
  • To hold them in position insert toothpicks.
  • Deep fry them.
  • The fish cake is ready to be served.
