Ingredients
  1. Fish Fillet 2
    Black pepper 1 tsp
    Salt ¼ tsp
    Flour 2 tbsp
    Ingredients for Butter Sauce
    Egg yolk 1
    Chicken Stock 1 cup
    Butter 100 gm
    Lemon juice 1 tsp
    Flour 1 tbsp
    Oregano ½ tsp
    Cream 2 tbsp
    Parsley for garnish
Method
  • Marinate Fish Fillet with 1 tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp salt and 2 tbsp flour. Now heat 100 gm butter and shallow fry fish fillet till its color turn to golden brown. Take the fish fillet out of pan. Add 1 tbsp flour in remaining butter, fry well. Then add 1 cup chicken stock, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 egg yolk, 2 tbsp cream and ½ tsp oregano. Cook till sauce thickens. Lastly put fried fish in a serving dish, top with bitter sauce and serve.

Can i also use egg to fry when i pour it in to the frying pan? I think it is helpful to break it in the pan. This is a new recipe by rida which looking good, i will note it.
