  5. Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  6. Honey 1 tbsp
  7. Sugar 1 tsp
  8. Chopped green chillies 3
  9. Ginger 2 pieces
  10. Water 1/2 cup
  11. For Soya Honey Marinade:
  12. Honey 4 tbsp
  13. Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  14. For Soya Honey Marinade:
  15. Rice Vinegar 2 tbsp
  16. Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
  17. Five spice 1 tbs
  18. seasame oil 2 tbsp
  19. Minced ginger 2 tbsp
  20. Chopped red chillies 1 tbsp
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Soya honey marinade ky liye adrak ko thanday oil main daal kr aik minute garam kryn.
  • 2- Ab is main baqi ajzaa daal kr aik minute pakain aur utaar lyn.
  • 3- Phir nkaal kr thanda kryn aur bottle main bhar dyn.
  • 4- Ab isy marinade ya dressing ki trhan istemaal kryn.
  • 5- Is ky baad fish ko aadhy sauce main 30 minute merinate krdyn.
  • 6- Phir isy 2 sy 3 minute fry kryn.
  • 7- Ab is main paani shaamil kr ky pakain.
  • 8- Phir is main bed of greens k tamam ajzaa shaamil kr ky dheemi aanch pr 5 minute pakain k piyaz naram hojaye.
  • 9- Assemble krny ky liye pehly greens aur juice platter main daalyn aur fish rakh kr thora sauce daal kr serve kryn.
