  2. Fish Boneless 1/2 kg
  3. Corn Flour 3 tbsp
  4. White pepper 1 tsp
  5. Black pepper 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil to fry
  8. Ingredients for Sauce:
  9. Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  10. Chopped green Onions 2 tbsp
  11. Tomato paste 1/4 cup
  12. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  13. Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  14. Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  15. Crushed red chillies 1 tbsp
  16. White pepper 1 tsp
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
  19. Capsicum (cubed) 2
  20. Oil 2 tbsp
  21. Water 1/2 cup
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Machli par tamam ajzaa laga kar merinate kryn aur garam oil main fry kr lyn.
  • 2- Is ky baad oil garam kr ky chopped lehsun aur chopped hari piyaz ka safaid hissa daal kar sotey kryn.
  • 3- Phir is main sauce ky tamam ajzaa shaamil kr ky pakain.
  • 4- Ab is main paani aur shimla mirch daal kr ubaal lyn.
  • 5- Phir machli shaamil kr ky mix kr lyn aur serve kryn.
