Ingredients
  1. Boiled rice 2 cups
  2. Chopped Carrots 1
  3. Chopped green onion 5
  4. Chopped cabbage 1
  5. Eggs 2
  6. Oil 2tbsp
  7. Vinegar 1tbsp
  8. Salt as per taste
Method
  • Boil 2 cups of rice.
  • Beat egg with a pinch h of yellow food color in a bowl
  • Fry egg in a pan and keep aside.
  • In other sauce pan heat 2 tbsp oil and fry 1 chopped carrot, 5 chopped green onion, 1 cabbage.
  • Now add fried vegetables in 2 cups of boiled rice.
  • Then add 1 tbsp vinegar and salt.
  • Serve hot
