Ingredients
  1. ½ tsp. Grounded Cardamom (Choti Ilaichi)
  2. 2 cups Plain Yogurt
  3. 1 cup Whole Milk
  4. 1 cup Ice Cold Water
  5. 1 tsp. Rose Water
  6. Toasted Almonds (Baadaam) (sliced) (for garnish)
  7. Either of the following two:
  8. 2 Soft Mangoes (peeled, cut from pit, and cubed)
  9. 5 ripe Bananas (peeled and slices)
Method
  • Combine all ingredients, (except almonds), in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Serve with ice cubes and sprinkle with almonds.
  • Note: Yield: 4-6 Servings, Preparation Time: 15 Minutes, Degree of Difficulty: Easy
