Fry Sandwiches recipe by Chef Zakir. This delightful Ramadan Recipes recipe of Fry Sandwiches can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

Chicken mince 125 gm
Bread slices 2
Egg 1
Crushed cumin ½ tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Coriander leaves as required
Mint leaves as required
Chaat masala ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil as required

METHOD

In a bowl mix together chicken mince, salt, crushed cumin seeds, garlic paste, chaat masala, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
Beat egg in a bowl.
Remove crust of bread slices, spread each with mince mixture, dip lower side of bread in beaten egg. Shallow fry in frying pan, pour the remaining egg on top. Fry till golden brown on both sides.
Dish it out and serve.
