In a bowl mix together chicken mince, salt, crushed cumin seeds, garlic paste, chaat masala, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
Beat egg in a bowl.
Remove crust of bread slices, spread each with mince mixture, dip lower side of bread in beaten egg. Shallow fry in frying pan, pour the remaining egg on top. Fry till golden brown on both sides.
Dish it out and serve.
