Ingredients
  1. Mutton½ kg
    Ginger garlic paste1 ½ tbsp
    Saltto taste
    Red chili powder2 tbsp
    Crushed brown onion1 cup
    Boiled tomatoes 1 cup
    Peas125 gm
    Cauliflower1
    Ladyfinger250 gm
    Carrot1 – 2
    Bottle gourd1
    Potato2
    Beetroot2
    Turnip2
    Green beans125 gm
    German green chilies5 – 6
    Spinach chopped½ bunch
    Capsicum chopped2
    Oilas required
Method
  • In a pan put together ½ kg mutton, 1 ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp chili powder and salt to taste. Fry well.
    Then add water as required and boil till meat is half tender.
    Finely chop cauliflower, ladyfingers, carrot, bottle gourd, potato, beet root, turnip, green beans and German green chilies.
    Sprinkle all the chopped vegetables with salt and red chili powder. Then shallow fry with a little oil.
    Add 1 cup brown onion to boiling meat, also add 1 cup ground tomatoes and all the fried vegetable.
    Now add 125 gm peas, ½ bunch of chopped spinach, 2 capsicum cut into cubes, cook all the vegetables are tender.
    Fry well till thick gravy is formed. Now dish it out and serve with boiled rice.
