Finely chop ginger and 1 onion, keep aside. Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped ginerg and and chopped oion. Fry till golden brown.
Now add ½ kg beef and fry till its color is changed.
Now add 3 – 4 green cardamoms, 6 – 8 cloves, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and 125 gm yogurt.
Fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
Now add ¼ tsp dry ginger powder, ½ cup water and salt to taste. Cover and cook on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes.
Then remove the lid, add chopped coriander leaves, 2 – 3 chopped green chilies and 3 chopped tomatoes.
Fry well till oil comes on top. Now dish it out and serve hot.
