Ingredients
  1. 1) Sesame Oil 2 tbsp
  2. 2) Beef Sirloin(cut into strips) 2 lbs
  3. 3) Ginger(chopped) 2 tbsp
  4. 4) Garlic(chopped) 1 tbsp
  5. 5) Lemongrass(chopped) 1 tsp
  6. 6) Bamboo Shoots(cut into strips)1/4 cup
  7. 7) Green beans 2 cups
  8. 8) Red Pepper flakes 1 tbsp
  9. 9) Fish Sauce 3 tbsp
  10. 10) Lime 1/2
  11. 11) Noodles
Method
  • 1. Heat oil in wok or medium frying pan, when oil is hot, add beef, ginger, garlic, lemon grass, bamboo shoots, beans, red pepper flakes and fish sauce.
  • 2. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on high heat, remove from heat add lime juice and serve over noodles, enjoy.
