Cut the cauliflower florets and julienne cut the cabbage
Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok and fry 1tbsp ginger garlic paste for around 2 minutes
Now add1 chopped onion until tender.
Add 3 chopped tomatoes,1tsp all spice powder, 3-4 green chilies, ¼ bunch chopped coriander, 1tsp coriander powder1tsp cumin powder, 1tsp red chili powder, 1tsp turmeric and ½ cup boiled peas
Now add the cauliflower florets and cabbage along with1 cup water. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes
Increase the flame so the oil comes on top. The delicious gobi sabzi is ready to serve
