Ingredients
  1. Gondh  100 gm
    Almonds 100 gm
    Pistachio 100 gm
    Walnuts 100 gm
    Melon seeds 200 gm
    Sesame seeds 100 gm
    Parathas 3-4
    Clarified butter 2 cup
    Sugar 1 cup
    Milk 2 cups
Method
  • Take 2 cups clarified butter in a pan and add in 100gm gondh in it. Fry it and take it out and keep it aside. Add in 100gm almonds, 100gm pistachio, 100gm walnuts, 200 gm melon seeds and 100gm sesame seeds in the same clarified butter and fry it. Keep the fried dry fruits aside. Toast 3-4 parathas and cut them into very small pieces, add in fried dry fruits and gondh. Put the mixture in the mixing bowl and add in 1 cup sugar. Add the mixture in the same clarified butter which was used for frying. Add in milk and mix everything thing together. Dish it out and serve.
