Ingredients
  1. Whole fish 1
    Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
    Onion ground 1
    Fresh red chilies ground 2 – 3
    Tomato paste 2 tbsp
    Spring onion chopped 1
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
    Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
    Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    White pepper ¼ tsp
    Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Method
  • Wash whole fish and mark cuts on it.
    In a bowl mix together ground onion, ground red chilies, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, crushed red pepper, black pepper powder, turmeric, white pepper, black pepper and salt to taste.
    Also add 2 tbsp ketchup and mix well. Now marinate fish with the mixture.
    Now wrap marinated fish in a silver foil, cook in burning coals or grill in oven.
    When the fish is tender, remove in a platter.
    Sprinkle top with lemon juice and serve with seasoned salad.
