Wash the fish fillet and pat dry. Cut the fillet in square size.
Marinate fillet with salt, pepper, red chilly flakes and vinegar. Heat oil in pan and saute the fillet until it is light brown. Keep the fish aside. Then cut potato into small pieces to fry it with salt and pepper.
Preparation is ready to serve hot.
