Dice the capsicum, potatoes and carrots.
Heat mustard oil in pan and then sauté the ginger and garlic paste. Add ½ kg diced boiled potatoes and fry until light golden in color
Add 1 cup diced capsicum, 1 cup of green beans , 1 piece of cauliflower and 2 -3 diced carrots and allow to cook until the veggies are tender
Now add 1 bunch of green soya beans along with 1 tbsp f butter and cook for a few minutes
Garnish with Kashmiri chilies.
Delicious Hari Bhari Sabzi is ready to serve.
