انڈین مرغ بوٹی (INGREDIENTS)
  1. چکن ١کلو
  2. پانی ١کپ
  4. نمک حسب ضرورت
  5. زیرہ آدھا چمچ
  6. حشک دحنیا آدھا چمچ
  7. سرخ مرچ ١ چمچ
  8. ہلدی آدھا چمچ
  9. گھی ٣کھانےکےچمچ
  10. لیموں ٢سے٣
  11. ہرا دھنیا حسب ضرورت
METHOD
  • ایک فراعںگ پین میں
  • پاںی ڈال لیں دؤ تین ابالے آنے دیں پھر اس میں چکن(چھوٹی چھوٹی بوٹیاں)ڈال لیں پھر اس میں نمک,زیرہ,خشک دھنیا, سرخ مرچ,ہلدی ڈال لیں پانی خشک ہونے دیں پھر اس میں گھی ڈال لیں اور انہیں اچھی طرح بھون لیں پھر اس میں ہرا دھنیا اور لیموں ڈال لیں۔ مزدار انڈین مرغ بوٹی تیار ہے
