1. Heat water in a saucepan and boil rice. When the rice is half done, drain in a colander, transfer the rice back to the pan, cover and simmer. Beat the eggs in a bowl and fry an omelet. Slice beef, chicken and prawns. Chop the red chilies.
2. Heat oil in a wok; add chopped garlic and sliced onion and sauté till the onion softens. Add beef and sauté for a few minutes or until the color changes. Then add the chicken and prawns and fry till golden and fragrant.
3. Add chopped red chili and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped celery and fry for another 2 minutes. Now add the rice followed by the Soya sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and black pepper and toss on high flame.
4. Serve the rice with the omelet strips .Garnish with red chili and celery.
