جیلی کسٹرڈ (INGREDIENTS)

تازہ دودھ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کلو
ونیلا کسٹرد۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
چینی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چار کھانے کے چمچے
پانی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھی پیالی
اسٹرابیری جیلی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو سو گرام
لال شربت۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ سجانے کے لئے

METHOD

سودھ کو دیگچی میں ڈال کر ابال لیں،پھر چینی شامل کر کے چند منٹ پکائیں۔ تھوڑے سے پانی میں کسٹرڈ گھول کر چمچہ چلاتے ہوئے دودھ میں شامل کر دیں دودھ گاڑھا ہو جائے تو چولہا بند کر دیں اور کسٹرڈ کو پیالے میں نکال لیں۔ پانی گرم کر کے اس میں اسٹرابیری جیلی کرسٹلز ملائیں اور اسے سانچے میں ڈال کر جما لیں۔ جمی ہوئی جیلی کے ٹکڑے کر کے کسٹرڈ میں شامل کر دیں ۔ مزیدار جیلی کسٹرڈ لال شربت سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
