Ingredients
  1. spinach 25ogram
  2. potatoes 25o gram
  3. oniao 1 choped
  4. tomatoes 2 choped
  5. ginger garlic paste 1 tea sp.
  6. Oil 2 or 3 table sp.
  7. Coriander powder 1 tea sp.
  8. All spices half tea sp.
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. red chili powder 1table sp.
  11. Termeric 1 pinch
Method
  • 1. Wash and cut spinach and put in pan with half cup of water for 15 to 20 mins at low flame until it cooks.
  • 2. Put this mixture of water and spinch in blender and blend them.
  • 3. In other Pan, fry onion in oil and make it light golden.
  • 4. add ginger garlic paste and fry til it gets lite golden colour.
  • 5. N0w add tomatoes, salt, chili powder, termeric, coriender powder and potatoes and mix them well.
  • 6. Now add blended spinach and mix well. Put half cup water (if needed) for potatoes to be cooked about 10 mins on low flame.
  • 7. Of the flame and serve with roti and salad.
