  6. Red chilli Powder 1 tbsp
  7. Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  8. Plums 50 gm
  9. Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
  10. Star anise 4
  11. Black pepper 1 tsp
  12. Green cardamom 4
  13. Black cardamom 2
  14. Cloves 4
  15. Bay leaves 2
  16. Nutmeg, mace 1/2 tsp
  17. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  18. Coriander 1 tsp
  19. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  20. Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
  21. Biryani essence few drops
  22. Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  23. Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Oil garam kr ky piyaaz ko brown kr ky nkaal lyn.
  • 2- Ab isi oil main jheengy fry kryn aur nkalyn.
  • 3- Phir is oil main tamatar, adrak lehsun ka paste, baadiyan ka phool, jaifal, javetri, aalo bukhary, choti ilaichi, bari ilaichi, loung, kala zeera aur tamam masalay daal kr dhak dyn.
  • 4- Jab tamatar gal jaye to is main hara dhaniya, podina aur hari mirch daal dyn.
  • 5 Is ky baad ooper sy jheengy aur chawal daal dyn.
  • 6- Ab is main biryani essence aur zardy ka rung daal kr 10 minute dam pr rakh dyn.
