  1. Prawns ½ kg cleaned
    Oil ¼ cup
    Onion chopped 2
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Curry leaves 20
    Chili powder 1 ½ tsp heaped
    Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
    Tomatoes chopped 2
    Green chilies chopped 6
    Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Heat ¼ cup oil fry 2 chopped onion light golden, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, also add 2 chopped tomatoes with 1 ½ tsp chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp crushed red pepper and fry well till oil comes on top, add ½ kg prawns with 6 chopped green chilies, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves and simmer for few minutes. Lastly add ginger slice and 20 curry leaves
