Ingredients
  1. Chicken 1 ½ kg
    Rice1 kg
    Black lentil1 cup
    Yogurt1 cup
    Oil1 cup
    Mint leaves1 bunch
    Small cardamom4
    Chopped onion 4
    Lemons 6
    Green chilies8
    Whole black pepper6-8
    Black cumin1 tsp
    Butter1 tsp
    White vinegar1 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Saltto taste
Method
    1. Wash the lentil and boil it. Take 1 ½ kg chicken and add in 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, lemons , 1 bunch mint leaves, 8 green chilies, 4 small cardamom and salt. Boil it without water and remove it from the stove. Heat the oil and add in onion golden fry it and then take them out. Add that oil in the boiled chicken. Boil the rice and add in mint leaves, 1 tsp black cumin, green chilies, salt, vinegar and small cardamom. Once boiled drain the water,  Layer the chicken in the bottom and than add fried onion and put another layer of chicken and put rice on the top add in fried onion, lemon juice and keep it on a high flame. After 10 minutes keep it on a low flame serve it from yogurt or raita.
