1. Wash and clean all the organ meat thouroughly and boil them and cover with lid.
2. When organ meat tenderizes make mince of the organ meat and add oil, ginger and garlic.
3. Mix well and cook for 5 minuites, keep stirring.
4. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
5. When oil separates serve hot, garnished with coriander.
