Mooli Ka Paratha Recipe

Ingredients
  1. For stuffing:
  2. • 3 Mooli (Radish)
  3. • Salt to Taste
  4. • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. • 1/2 tsp Corainder powder
  6. • 2 Green chillies, chopped finely
  7. • 2 tbsp Corainder leaves
  8. For dough:
  9. • 2 cups Wheat flour
  10. • Salt to taste
  11. • Water As needed
  12. • Oil for frying muli paranthas
Method
  • Sieve the wheat flour and salt. Add water and knead to stiff dough. Cover and keep aside. Peel and grate the radish. Squeeze and drain all the water. Heat the pan and fry the radish to light brown. Add salt, red chilli powder, green chillies, corainder leaves and mix well. Allow it to cool.
  • Take some dough and roll into small puri, put 2tsp of stuffing and cover all the sides. Roll again into a thick, round parantha. Heat a tava and fry the mooli ka paratha both sides to crispy and brown. Put some oil over the paratha. Serve the mooli paratha hot with raita or curry.

For the preparing of mooli ka paratha, only the chopping of mooli is a very difficult task but I made two three times in the winter season.

Mooli Parathay are so tasty but if you eat more Mooli Parathas it can cause digestion trouble to a person. So a minimum quantity is required.
