خوش ذائقہ کرم کلا (INGREDIENTS)
  1. کرم کلا ایک عدد
  2. پیاز دو عدد
  3. کالا زیتون تین دانے
  4. قیمہ ایک پاؤ
  5. پنیر آدھا کپ
  6. گھی آدھا کپ
METHOD
  • کرم کلا درمیان سے کاٹ لیں۔ قیمہ، پیاز اور نمک مرچ گھی میں بھونیں ٹماٹر ڈال کر بھونیں مصالحہ تیار ہو جائے تو کرم کلے میں بھر دیں۔ پنیر کدوکش کر کے اوپر رکھ دیں۔ کرم کلا ہیٹ پروف ڈش میں رکھ کر اوون میں رکھ دیں۔ تیار ہو جائے تو زیتون کے دانے چھڑک کر تناول فرمائیں۔
