Cut ½ kg beef undercut into slices, marinate with 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce, 2 tbsp fruit vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, salt to taste and 1 tsp crushed black pepper.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add 3 – 4 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 capsicum cut into cubes, fry till soft. Turn the flame off.
Separately fry marinated beef with a little oil till golden brown. Then add to the capsicum mixture.
Also add 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 1 chopped spring onion. Fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice.
