INGREDIENTS

0)Medium Sized Prawns 1 kg(16-20 pieces)
Ingredients for Marinade:
1) Yogurt 200 gms
2) Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
3) Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
4) Spinach and fresh coriander paste 1 tbsp
5) Roasted Channa daal powder 2 tbsp
6) Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
7) Broiled Ajwain Seeds 2 tbsp
8) Cumin Powder 2 tbsp
9) Coriander Powder 2 tbsp
10) Egg 1
11) Salt to taste

METHOD

1) Clean and de-vein prawns.
2) Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the prawns for an hour in the mixture.
3) Refrigerate if needed.
4) Skewer the prawns and chargill till done.
