  1. 0)Medium Sized Prawns 1 kg(16-20 pieces)
  2. Ingredients for Marinade:
  3. 1) Yogurt 200 gms
  4. 2) Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
  5. 3) Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  6. 4) Spinach and fresh coriander paste 1 tbsp
  7. 5) Roasted Channa daal powder 2 tbsp
  8. 6) Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
  9. 7) Broiled Ajwain Seeds 2 tbsp
  10. 8) Cumin Powder 2 tbsp
  11. 9) Coriander Powder 2 tbsp
  12. 10) Egg 1
  13. 11) Salt to taste
Method
  • 1) Clean and de-vein prawns.
  • 2) Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the prawns for an hour in the mixture.
  • 3) Refrigerate if needed.
  • 4) Skewer the prawns and chargill till done.
