Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless½ kg
    Saltto taste
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Onion1
    Chili powder1 tsp
    Black pepper powder½ tsp
    All spice powder1 tsp
    Oregano powder½ tsp
    Thyme powder½ tsp
    Tomato ketchup2 tbsp
    Lemon juice2 tbsp
    Thick yogurt125 gm
    Egg yolk2
    Butter (melted)2 tbsp
Method
  • Cut ½ kg chicken into cubes, marinate with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp thyme, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 egg yolks and 125 gm thick yogurt.
    Now thread chicken pieces in skewers. Cook on burning charcoal till tender.
    Then remove in a serving platter.
    Heat butter in a wok, add in chopped onion and sauté till brown. Spread on top of chicken and serve.
