Ingredients
  1. Maggie Hamara Noodles 1 packet
    Oil or clarified butter 2 tbsp
    Mustard seeds            1 tsp
    Onion (chopped) ½ cup
    Green chilies 3-4
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder ½ tsp
    Peanuts 1 cup
    Lemon Juice 2-3 tsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Boiled Rice ½ cup
Method
  • Take 2 tbsp oil and heat it. Sauté mustard seeds in it. Add in ½ cup chopped onion, 3-4 green chilies and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Fry it and add 1 cup roasted peanuts, ½ tsp turmeric and hamara masalaydar taste maker. Mix everything together. Boil 1 packet Maggie hamara noodles and drain the water. Mix noodles in the prepared masala. In the end add in ½ cup boiled rice and 2-3 lemon juice and serve
