لیمن چکن (INGREDIENTS)

چکن بریسٹ ۔۔ چار عدد
کارن فلور ۔۔ چار کھانے کے چمچ
پانی ۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچ
انڈے کی زردی ۔۔ دو عدد
نمک اور مرچ ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
لیمن کا رس ۔۔ 4/1 کپ
براؤن شوگر ۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچ
یخنی یا پانی ۔۔ دو کپ
سویا سوس ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
ادرک ۔۔ ایک کھانے کے چمچ
ہری پیاز ۔۔ چار کھانے چمچ
نمک اور مرچ ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ

METHOD

کارن فلور، کالی مرچ پاؤڈر، نمک، لیمن کا رس، براؤن شوگر، چکن اسٹاک اور سویا سوس کو اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔ اب چکن بریسٹ فرائی کریں۔ اب اس مکسچر کو اوپر پھیلا دیں۔ پیلیٹر کو ہری پیاز، ہری مرچ باریک کٹی ہوئی اور ثابت سرخ مرچ سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
