Ingredients
  1. • flour 300 g
  2. • Butter 200 g
  3. • caster Sugar 250 g
  4. • grated Coconut 150 g
  5. • Almonds peeled 1/2 cup
  6. • Apple Jam 6 tbsp
  7. • vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
  8. • Salt 1/2 Tsp
  9. • eggs 8
  10. • clarified Butter (desi Ghee) 100
  11. • Baking soda 2 tsp
Method
  • Mix butter, flour, sugar, ghee, and eggs together. Combine all the ingredients and make a creamy batter out of it. Decorate with almonds. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven. Let it cool for a while. Brush with apple jam.
