Ingredients
  1. Undercut ½ kg
    Green chilies 10
    Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
    Curry leaves few
    White cumin seeds ½ tbsp
    Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
    Coconut milk 1 tin
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Red chilies 6
    Oil ½ cup
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Take ½ cup oil in the pan and sauté 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Add in ½ kg undercut and cook it. Also add in some salt and cook it till its water dries. Add in 10 green chilies and 6 red chilies, few curry leaves, ½ tbsp white cumin seeds and 1 tbsp white sesame seeds and cook it for 5 minutes. When the meat tenders and add in 1 tin coconut milk and serve hot.
