  1. Chicken (cut into slices)-250 grams
  2. Beef (under cut)-250 grams
  3. Rice (boiled)-1 1/2 cup
  4. Egg White-2
  5. Onion (chopped)-1
  6. Ginger (chopped)-1 tbsp
  7. Garlic (chopped)-3 to 4 cloves
  8. Spring onion (chopped)-3
  9. Green chili (cut into slices)-4 to 5
  10. Coriander (chopped)-1/2 cup
  11. Pea-250 grams
  12. Crushed Black pepper-1/2 tsp
  13. Anistar (badiyan k phool)-1 to 2
  14. Chili Sauce-2 tbsp
  15. Soya Sauce-3 to 4 tbsp
  16. Salt-As required
  17. Oil-4 to 5 tbsp
Method
  • First of all In a bowl, beat the eggs well and season with salt and black pepper. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a non-stick pan or wok, pour in the beaten eggs, cook for about 1 min. without stirring, until set. Roll up the omelet and remove from pan.
  • After that take cooking bowls put oil, anistar and cook it.
  • When you feel the smell get it out and mix coriander, onion, ginger, garlic, beef, chicken and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • later than 2 minutes include chili sauce, spring onion, green chili, pea, soya sauce and cook it over high flame.
  • Then add the cooked rice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Fry the rice over medium low heat for 8-10 minutes.
  • And then to finish, garnish it with omelet slices.
  • Serve the rice on a wide plate.
