Ingredients
  1. gelatin powder 2 tbsp
  2. water 1/2 cup
  3. evaporated milk (chilled) 1 tin
  4. mango puree 1 cup
  5. sugar 4 tbsp
  6. whipped cream 8 ounces
Method
  • Dissolve gelatin powder with water (I had gelatin blocks... i used that) ... put it on flame... don't let it boil.... cook until dissolved completely
  • Now in a blender jug... add evaporated milk and mango puree/chunks... blend for 1 min.. it will become fluffy
  • Add dissolved gelatin mixture... sugar and 4 ounces of cream and blend till well combined
  • Pour in serving bowl
  • And garnish it with remaining whipped cream.. and serve chilled till set completely and enjoy.
