Ingredients
  1. Masoor lentil 1 cup
    Moong lentil ½ cup
    Whole cumin  ½ tsp
    Chopped Garlic 2 tsp
    Red chili powder 1tsp
    Turmeric powder ½ tsp
    Salt 1tsp
    Tara garam masala 1tsp
    Green chilies 3-4
    Green coriander ¼ cup
    Butter  2tbsp
    Oil 4tbsp
Method
  • Cook 1 cup Masoor lentil, ½ cup Moong lentil with 1tsp salt, 1tsp Red chili powder, ½ tsp Turmeric powder and water.
    Now add 1 tsp of tara garam masala, 3-4 green chilies and ¼ cup of green coriander.
    For tarka melt 2 tbsp of butter, 4 tbsp oil, 2 tsp of garlic, 1/2 tsp of whole cumin seeds.
    Before serving pour prepared mixture over dal
