Heat ghee in wok; add mince with all spices, tomato and ¼ cup of yoghurt and fry well.
Mix rice and gram then boil when the mixture cools down a little, add yoghurt in it and mix well
Spread the rice mixture on a dish pour mince over it and sprinkle dry mint
Heat ghee in a frying pan, fry garlic in it, pour it over the mince and rice mixture. Serve it
