Boil1/2 packet egg noodles drain and keep aside. Julienne cut the carrot, spring onions, 1/4 piece Chinese. Cut the prawns lengthwise, into two halves. Heat 1/4cup of oil in a pan and add 4-5 cloves of garlic until they turn golden brown .Then add the prawns and sauté for 1-2 minutes. When the color of the prawns changes remove from the pan. In the same pan add the chopped onions and fry till tendered. Add all the vegetables and fry for 1-2 or until tender. Then add 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2tbsp fish sauce, 2tbsp soya sauce, 2tbsp chili sauce, salt as required and sesame oil. Stir for 1-2 minutes. Add ½ packets of the boiled egg noodles and mix then add the prawns and mix again for another 2 minutes. Turn the flame off. in a bowl mix the 2 eggs with salt and pepper to Taste. Fry thin omelets, roll and cut into slices. Dish the noodles out and garnish with the rolled omelets.
