Ingredients
  1. • Gram flour 1 cup
  2. • Red flour 1 cup
  3. • Onion 1 (chopped)
  4. • Tomato 1 – 2 (chopped)
  5. • Green chili 2 – 3 (chopped)
  6. • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
  7. • Clarified butter ¼ cup
  8. • Cumin 1 tbsp (crushed)
  9. • Coriander 1 tbsp (crushed)
  10. • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  11. • Water as required
  12. • Salt to taste
Method
  • • Mix gram flour and red flour in a bowl.
  • • Knead green chilies, onion, chopped coriander, turmeric, cumin, crushed coriander, tomatoes and salt with required amount of water to knead the dough.
  • • When the dough gets ready add 2 tbsp clarified butter, mix well and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • • Make balls of the dough, roll it to form rotis.
  • • Heat pan and fry roti with clarified butter.
