• Cook plain, spinach and tomato paste together in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction drains, rinse under cold running water. Then drain again and set aside to cool completely
• To make dressing place oil, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, sugar and black pepper to taste in screwtop jar and shake to combine
• Place pasta shells, springs onion and red and green pepper in a saladbowl pour dressing over and toss to combine
