Ingredients
  1. 1/2 Kg Chicken meat bone less cubes
  2. to taste Salt & pepper
  3. 1 Cup Milk
  4. pinch Saffron color
  5. 1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
  6. 1 tbsp Whole mix garam masala
  7. 6 tbsp Oil
  8. 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  9. 2 nos Green pepper finely paste
  10. 1 Cup Plain Yoghurt
  11. 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  12. 1/4 Cup Almonds finely chopped
  13. 1/4 Cup Walnuts finely chopped
  14. 1/4 Cup Melon seeds
  15. 1/2 bunch Fresh green coriander leaves finely chopped.
Method
  • Blend Onion & ginger into smooth paste. heat the oil in a pan, gently brown the ginger & onion paste. add the chicken meat & the yoghurt, mix them well.
  • Cook over medium heat, till the mixture is rather dry & the chicken is brown. grind the Almonds Walnut & melon seeds until fine.
  • Stir into the milk, and then add the mixture into the chicken.
  • Add the remaining spices.
  • Cook over on medium heat, until the chicken is very tender & the gravy become thick. stir in the saffron color into the milk & cook further 5 minutes.
  • Serve it with hot Nan’s ,chapatti.
