Ingredients
  1. Chicken 250 gram
  2. Mushroom 12
  3. Chicken stock 1 cup
  4. Chilli cauce 1tsp
  5. Soya sauce 1tsp
  6. Corn flour 1tbsp
  7. Sugar 1tsp
  8. Ginger/garlic pate 4tbsp
  9. Pakistani Chinese salt ¼ tsp
  10. Oil 1 cup + tbsp
Method
  • • Marinate chicken piece with ½ tsp Pakistani chiness salt, ½ tsp sugar, salt, corn flour and 1 tsp oil and set aside.
  • • Heat oil in a weok; fry chicken pieces and remove
  • • Fry ginger/garlic in the same oil; add chicken pieces, chilli sauce, soya sauce, stock, salt and remaining sugar and Pakistani Chinese salt; cook for 5 minutes.
  • • Add mushrooms; cook for few minutes and remove.
