Ingredients
  1. Peas 2 cups
    Cottage cheese 250 gm cubed
    Onion 2 medium
    Tomatoes 2 large
    Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
     Cumin 1 tsp
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Chili powder 2 tsp
    Milk ½ cup
    Allspice ½ tsp
    Korma masala 1 tbsp
    Kasori methi 1 tsp
    Oil ¼ cup
    Salt ½ tsp
    Oil for deep frying
Method
    1. Cut paneer into cubes and deep fry, remove and keep aside. Puree the following ingredients in the blender Onion 2 medium, Tomatoes 2 large, Ginger chopped 1 tbsp, Coriander powder 1 tbsp, Cumin 1 tsp, Turmeric ½ tsp, Chili powder 2 tsp, Milk ½ cup, Allspice ½ tsp, Korma masala 1 tbsp, Kasori methi 1 tsp, Salt ½ tsp, heat ¼ cup oil add pureed ingredients cook for 10 minutes till oil comes on top, add peas with 1 cup of water, cover and cook till peas tender, add fried paneer cubes, cook for 10 minutes, serve drizzled with fresh cream.
