مٹن سلی بوٹی (INGREDIENTS)

مٹن ------ ایک کلو
ٹماٹر ----- چھ عدد
پیاز ----- چار عدد
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ------ دو کھانے کے چمچ
پسی لال مرچ ------ ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
ہلدی ----- دو چائے کے چمچ
چینی ------ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سرکہ ------ چار کھانے کا چمچ
کوکنگ آئل ------ آدھا کپ
ہرا دھنیا ----- ایک گٹھی
نمک ----- حسب ذائقہ
سلی ------ ایک پیکٹ

METHOD

مٹن کو نمک اور ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ لگا کر الگ رکھیں- ایک برتن میں تیل گرم کر کے پیاز براؤن کرلیں- جب پیاز براؤن ہوجائے تو مٹن شامل کر کے پکائیں- ب اس میں پسی لال مرچ اور ہلدی ڈال کر درمیانی آنچ پر 5 منٹ تک پکائیں- پھر اس میں ٹماٹر اور کٹا آدھا دھنیا شامل کر کے پکاتے رہیں٬ اتنا کہ تیل اوپر آجائے- آخر میں دو کپ پانی ڈالیں اور پریشر ککر میں 10 منٹ تک پکائیں٬ تاکہ گوشت اچھی طرح گل جائے- سرونگ پلیٹ میں نکالیں- ہرا دھنیا سجائیں اور درمیان میں سلی ڈال کر گرم گرم پیش کریں-
