میدہ ایک کپ
کھانے کا سوڈا دوچٹکی
گھی یاتیل تلنے کے لئے
نمک کالی مرچ 1/5ٹی سپون

METHOD

میدے میں سوڈا ، کالی مرچ اور ایک چائے کا چمچ گھی خوب ملائیں ۔سخت گو ندھ کر روٹی کی موٹائی کا گول بیل لیں ۔باریک ربن جیسی پٹیاں بنا کر ایک ایک امچ کے تر چھے ٹکڑے کاٹلیں ۔کڑاہی میں گھی گرم کریں اور یہ تھوڑے تھوڑے ٹکڑے ڈال کر تلیں ۔سرخ ہونے پہلے نکال لیں ۔پہلے اخبار پر رکھ کر فالتو گھی کو جذب کر لیں اور پھر پلیٹ میں نکال کر کھائیں ۔
