Ingredients
  1. Pears 2
    Fresh milk  ½ litre
    Ice 1 cup
    Sugar ½ cup
    Jaam-e-Shireen                3 tbsp
    Roasted and crushed white cumin seeds ½ tsp
    Mint few leaves
Method
  • Peel the pears and cut them into small cubes. Now in a blender, blend the cubes, milk, sugar, ice and jam-e-shireen really well until smooth. Then take it out in a glass and add in white cumin seeds and mint. Serve chilled.
